Tube: Abrasion resistant antistatic natural rubber.
Reinforcement: High tensile synthetic textile and antistatic copper wire.
Cover: Abrasion,Ozone and Weather resistant Pin-Pricked Special Synthetic Rubber
Temperature: -40’C to +7o’C
Marking: AFLEX CEMENT DISCHARGE HOSE W.P. 10 bar (150 PSI)
Concrete & Cement Discharge Hose
JYM industrial rubber hose can be used in concrete pump, Jet pump, slurry pump and spray pump, concrete placing boom, concrete pump boom truck.
JYM concrete & cement material handling hose – handles castings, steel, stone, sand, cement and other abrasive materials in sandblasting service. For use as a flexible connection between pumping equipment and hard piping.

Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
