TWIN LINE GRADE R WELDING HOSE
Sizes: 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″
Scope of application:oxygen/acetylene gas welding:insert gas(such as argon gas and helium gas etc.) welding is also compatible;in line with the requirements of standards RMA/CGA for Grade R welding hose, non-conducting;neither the inner layer nor protective layer of rubber hose of this grade are oil and flame resistant.
Structure:
1.Inner layer of hose:styrene butadiene rubber (SBR)
2. Potective layer of hose: blends of styrene butadiene rubber and ethylene-propylene-dien monomer rubber(SBR &EPDM)
3. Intermediate reinforced layer:polyester fiber spiral line.
Applicable temperature:-25℃ to 70℃。

Grade R Twin Line Welding Hose is designed for transfer of acetylene fuel gas and oxygen in applications to 200 psi
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
