GRADE T WELDING HOSE
Sizes: 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″
Scope of application:applied to the circulation of such fuel gases as liquefied petroleum gas(LPG),MPS(propene and propadiene blends),natural gas(CNG) and methane(CH4);it can be also used to circulate the gases applied to the grade R welding hose;in line with the requirements of RMA/CGA for the Grade T welding hose;non-conducting;both the inner layer and protective layer of rubber hose of this grade are oil and flame resistant.
Structure:
1.Inner layer of hose:chloroprene rubber(CR)
2.Protective layer of hose:=nitrile butadiene rubber and butyronitrile polyvinyl chloride blends(NBR & PVC) or chloroprene rubber(CR)
3.Intermediate reinforced layer:polyester fiber spiral line.
Applicable temperature:-20℃ to 60℃。

Grade T Twin Line Welding Hose Factory Assemblies are designed for transfer of many commonly used welding fuel gases and oxygen in applications to 200 psi

Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
