Sizes: 1/4″, 3/8″
Application: A premium quality, multi-purpose hose for industrial air service, compressor lines, pneumatic tools, low-pressure spray and many other applications where oil resistance is needed. Non conductive, minimum electrical resistance
greater than (1) megohm per inch of hose length at 1000 V DC.
Tube: Black nitrile, RMA class A (high oil resistance)
Reinforcement: High tensile synthetic yarn
Cover: Red NBR blend, RMA class B
Temperature Range:-29ºC to +80ºC (-20ºF to +180ºF)

Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
