Construction:
Tube: Smooth black fuel resistant nitrile synthetic rubber(NBR)
Reinforcement: High strength polyester braided
Cover: Smooth black ozone and abrasion resistant synthetic rubber
Temperature: -40℃ (-104 ℉ ) to +100℃ (+212 ℉ )
Application: It is applied to circulating diesel, biodiesel, hydraulic oil, machinery oil and lubricating oil etc or the oil products with the contents of aromatic substances not more than 30%.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.
