Tube: Oil resistance synthetic rubber (CSM)
Reinforcement:high tensile fiber braided,high tensile fiber wire braided
Cover:Synthetic rubber with excellent aging resistance and weather ability(CPE/CSM)
Surface treatment:Smooth surface and cloth wrapped.
Application:Apply in power steering system inlet line of various car,multi-function business car,light truck etc.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.
