Application: For hot water and saturated steam up to 17 BAR; good resistance to chemical and commercial cleansers
Temperature: -40℃to +210℃
Tube: Black, smooth, Resistance to high temperature EPDM synthetic rubber.
Reinforcement: one or two steel wire braided
Cover: Red, smooth (wrapped finish)synthetic EPDM rubber. High temperature and weathering resistant.
18Bar Steel Wire Rinfoced Red Steam Hose
Our 18bar red steam hose offers excellent high pressure resistance for use in steam and fluid transfer applications. We manufacture this particular hose from a high quality EPDM rubber due to the excellent weathering resistance the material provides. We also reinforce the hose with a high strength, steel braided wire layer for additional durability during high pressure use.
A key feature of our 18 bar red steam hose is the products excellent resistance against abrasion as well as ozone/weathering deterioration. This enables you to use our hose in interior and exterior applications with little to no maintenance. It also features a wide functioning temperature range from -40ºC to +210°C. It can even withstand temperatures as high as +232ºC during intermittent use.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
