Acetylene Hose-Single Line Welding Hose
Sizes: 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″
Tube: black, smooth, synthetic rubber
Reinforcement: high tensile synthetic yarn braided
Application:for conveying welding gases.
Cover: red color, smooth synthetic rubber, abrasion, weather and abrasion resistant
Temp Range: -20°C(-4°F) to +70°C (+158°F)
Standard: ISO 3821 (formerly known as EN559).
Acetylene Hose-Single Line Welding Hose
Wide range service in general industrial purposes for low & medium pressure usages. Used to convey compressed air and inert gas in mining, shipbuilding, civil engineering construction and casting industries of the bad environment. The blue hose is used to convey oxygen, the red is used to convey acetylene, and the yellow is used to convey carbon dioxide in the shipbuilding.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
