Antistatic-Corrugated Fuel Oil Suction and Delivery Hose-10BAR
Application：For paraffinic oils, air, water and glycol suction and delivery. Particularly used where it is necessary a small band radius. Suitable for the automotive sector and for the industrial vehicles.
Temperature Range:-35°C to+100°C (-31°F to +212°F）
Tube:Oil and petrol resistant, black NBR, with aromatic content up to 50%.
Reinforcement:High tensile synthetic textile,steel wire helix and antistatic copper wire.
Cover: Corrugated with NBR Oil, weather, ozone, abrasion resistant special synthetic rubber.

Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
