Characteristics
Application: Softwall hose for conveying a wide range of chemical products, not strong oxidizing acids, bases, alcohols, aldehydes, hot water and hot air. It is recommended to convey industrial waters and for use in water purification systems.
Working Temperature: from -40’C to +100’C
Branding: Customized brand and logo, Transfer Tape or Embossed marking

Softwall hose specially designed for the transfer of chemical product, with EPDM rubber and according to EN 12115
Construction:
Tube: Smooth black ,EPDM Rubber, Chemical resistance
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic cord
Cover: Black smooth wrapped finish,EPDM Rubber.Resistant to chemical products, abrasion, weathering and ozone.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.
