Rubber Fuel Oil Delivery Hose
Application: soft wall hose used for the delivery of petroleum products with aromatic content up to 30%.
Temperature: from -20°C (-4°F) to +70°C (+158°F)
Tube: black, smooth, NBR rubber..
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord , anti-static copper wire available.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), synthetic rubber, weathering and oil resistant
Note: from -40°C (-40°F) to +80°C (+176°F) upon request
Oil Delivery Hose
Many kinds of rubber oil hoses are available at JYM company, high abrasion,ozone and weather resistant synthetic rubber provides a long service life of oil hose. JYM Rubber oil delivery hose used for the suction & discharge of benzine, kerosene, diesel oil, heavy oil, engine oil and other mineral oil.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
