Application: Excellent flexible hose for suction and discharge of hot water, even light acid, suitable for application in chemical industries, weather and heat resistant wrapped cover.
Working Temperature: from -40’C to +120’C

Hot Water Suction and Discharge Hose
Mandrel built hard wall hose for suction and discharge of hot water, even slightly acidic and non corrosive fluids in numerous applications in chemical industries.
Construction:
Tube: Smooth black EPDM Rubber
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic cord yarn with helix wire
Cover: Black smooth wrapped finish EPDM rubber, heat, weathering and ozone resistant
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.
