Fuel and oil suction and delivery hose
SD150- Oil Suction and Delivery Hose
Application: Mandrel hard wall hose used for the suction and delivery of petroleum products with aromatic content up to 30%.
Temperature: from -20°C (-4°F) to +70°C (+158°F).
Tube: black, smooth, NBR rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord, antistatic copper wire available, and steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), synthetic rubber, weathering and oil resistant.
Noted:from -40°C (-40°F) to +80°C (+176°F) upon request
Fuel &Oil Suction Delivery Hose
JYM fuel & oil suction and delivery hose are for handling petroleum, oil and gasoline, long lasting using in heavy duty application. Made of synthetic rubber resistant to oil andoil products, the outer layer of UV-resistant and impact of petroleum products.
The tubes are reinforced with high-strength synthetic fiber which ensures a safe and long-lasting operation. Static wire that is placed in the tube itself and serves to drain static electricity. Suction hoses are manufactured with soft ends for easy montage various couplings. At the customer request install couplings. More flexible, aging-resistance abrasion-resistance, oil-resistance and water & ozone resistance.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
