Characteristics
Application : It is a high pressure,special hose for cleaning cargo and bulk storage tanks and tankers,barges, in terminals and refineries.
Tube: Black and smooth EPDM
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic plies and two stainless stranded static wires trailing of each end
Cover: Black, weather and aging resistant EPDM
Resistor Parameters:Electrical conduction inner wall R<10Ω
Electrical conduction outer wall R<10Ω
Working Temperature: from -30’C to +100’C
Branding: Customized brand and logo, Transfer Wheel,Ink Jetting or Embossed marking

Tank Cleaning Hose
Tank Cleaning Hoses are water discharge hoses design and manufactured for the tank cleaning operations. The function of a Tank Cleaning Hose is to transport water or a cleaning solution from a water source such as pump or hydrant to the inlet of a portable tank cleaning machine. Additionally the Tank Cleaning Hose is utilized to suspend the portable tank cleaning machine within the tank to be cleaned. The standard Tank Cleaning Hoses are made from EPDM and come with two stainless steel bonding wires, incorporated in the hose core for electrostatic protection.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
