Steel Wire Rubber Air Hose
Application: high pressure steel wire reinforced compressed air hose; designed for applications where a heavy duty hose is necessary.
Temperature: from -30°C (-22°F) to +70°C (+158°F).
Tube: black, smooth, SBR rubber.
Reinforcement: inserts of steel wire.
Cover: yellow, smooth, (wrapped finish) long lasting EPDM rubber, weathering and ozone resistant.
Yellow Steel Wire Air Hose
JYM Rubber hoses with one or two steel wires, used in many air applications. They guarantee safety, flexibility and reliability wherever it is required the power trasmission through air. Its cover provides excellent abrasion and weather resistance. Steel wire air hose will provide long service life in heavy construction, mining, or quarry applications.
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
