TWIN-OX-PB Welding/Gas Hose
Application: Blue hose – a flexible hose for transporting oxygen with air (oxygen content > 20%), for welding and cutting, for arc welding
using shielding gas and related processes.
Orange hose – a flexible hose for transporting liquid gas (LPG) forwelding and cutting. Also suitable for CNG and methylacetylene and propandiene mixes (MPS).
Standard/approval: ISO 3821:2008 (formerly EN 559:2003).
Temperature range:-30°C / +70°C.
Safety factor:3 : 1
Tube:
Oxygen: EPDM, black, smooth.
PB: SBR/NBR, black, smooth.
Reinforcement: Textile spiral.
Cover:
Oxygen: EPDM, blue, smooth.
PB: EPDM orange, smooth.
Welding/Gas – 20 bar – orange/blue – ISO 3821 (EN 559)
Material
Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
