UHMWPE Food Grade Hose
Sizes: 3/4″, 1″, 1-1/4″, 1-1/2″, 2″, 2-1/2″, 3″, 4″, 5″, 6″, 8″, 10″, 12″
Application: FDA approved food hose designed with ultra-high molecular wight polyethylene tube, transferring all types of corrosive chemicals,medicine and food handling materials.
Temperature range: -10℃(-4℉) to 93℃(+200℉)
Tube: White,smooth,Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene(UHMWPE),food quality rubber.
Reinforcement: High strength synthetic cord and helix wire.
Cover: Blue,smooth(wrapped finish),synthetic rubber,resistant to oil,weathering and chemical.

UHMWPE Food Grade Hose
This rubber hose, recommended for special applications that requires smooth tubes and easy to clean surfaces. Recommended for the food transfer application that demands flexibility and ruggedness with a clean white FDA ultra high molecular weight polyethylene grade tube. This food grade tube is odorless and tasteless for all those all purpose transfer applications. This ultra smooth microbe resistant tube is built on special stainless steel mandrels for cleanliness.

Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
