Water Venice 20 Rubber Delivery Hose Wrapped Surface
Mandrel built water delivery hose suitable for water and non corrosive fluids. Suitable for agricultural purposes,industries and public works.
Temperature: from -25 °C (-13 °F) to +80 °C (+176 °F).
Tube: black synthetic rubber compound.
Reinforcement: high tensile textile plies.
Cover: black, abrasion, ageing, ozone and weather-resistant, fabric impression.
Water Delivery Hose
JYM Rubber Hose for water suction and discharge service, where a rugged yet flexible hose is required by industry, building and agriculture, for overhead irrigation systems or for tank truck use.
Water delivery hose shows good capacity on bearing both positive and negative pressure. The hose body has favorable bending properties and can work well under the vacuum of 60-80kpa with no flattening due to pumping and delamination but firm hose body. The inner rubber lining of the hoses can serve different media and the rubber cover is weather-resistant, anti-aging and wear-proof.

Most of our rubber material imported from foreign countries( South Korea LG, Malaysia) Some bought from domestic market such as Sinopec China.
Production Process
Our Rigid Mandrel built production line can manufacture 60M length hoses.

Our factory has strong quality control team, we set up advanced laboratory before the mass production, we test each batch of raw material. After the production, we test each hose to guarantee a 100% qualification. Each hose tested 2 times of working pressure before packing.
